The product you built is working. But the market around it has shifted and the playbook that got you here won’t get you there next. I join your team to figure out what comes next: roadmap, GTM, monetization. Not as an advisor. As part of the org.

About
Every product org is shaped by its own constraints, the company’s history, its culture, its politics, its team. I start by understanding how your organization actually works, then execute as part of it. No two engagements look the same because no two companies are the same.
I work with B2B security and infrastructure companies at inflection points when AI disruption is forcing hard decisions about roadmap, GTM, or how the business model needs to change.

Services
A focused assessment of your monetization, GTM, or quality challenge, with a clear handoff from diagnosis to execution path.
Cut through the noise AI is creating around priorities. I help you rebuild a roadmap that reflects what actually moves the business, not just what the loudest stakeholder asked for.
Redesign how your product reaches buyers and generates revenue. Pricing models, subscription transitions, sales motion alignment, the commercial fundamentals that AI disruption is forcing you to rethink.
Senior product leadership embedded in your team. I operate as your VP of Product, owning the function, not just advising it.
Sound Familiar?
If two or more feel uncomfortably familiar, that’s who I work with.

About Me

I’ve spent 18 years in product management, with a background in software engineering before that. The combination matters. I speak the language of both builders and buyers.
Most of my PM career was at Cisco, where I led the monetization transformation of Identity Services Engine and ran the software PM function for the Firewall portfolio. The work was always the same: make complex products commercially successful: redesign the business model, build the org that can execute, find the market opportunity others miss.
I founded MRNA Inc. in 2025 to bring that same operator discipline to B2B security and infrastructure companies navigating what AI is forcing them to change.
Executive MBA, Santa Clara University. Based in Atlanta.

At Cisco ISE, the monetization transformation grew annual bookings to $350M+. The price change was one part of the story. The harder part was building everything underneath it.
Only 3.5% of SaaS startups reach $20M ARR within ten years. Here’s how ISE grew 5× through compounding improvements in monetization and retention.
AI features create value, but monetizing them is harder than shipping them. Seat models come under pressure, packaging needs to map to value, and teams need instrumentation before the pricing anchor sets.
