Fractional VP of Product for B2B Security & Infrastructure Companies

AI is reshaping how your buyers buy, how your product competes, and how your team needs to operate. I embed directly in your org to help you navigate that — roadmap, GTM, monetization — as part of your team, not as an outside advisor.

Every org is shaped by its own constraints.

Most consultants arrive with a framework and expect your org to conform to it. I work the other way.

Every product org is shaped by its own constraints — the company’s history, its culture, its politics, its team. I start by understanding how your organization actually works, then execute as part of it. No two engagements look the same because no two companies are the same.

I work with B2B security and infrastructure companies at inflection points — when AI disruption is forcing hard decisions about roadmap, GTM, or how the business model needs to change.

What I do.

Product & Roadmap Navigation

Cut through the noise AI is creating around priorities. I help you rebuild a roadmap that reflects what actually moves the business — not just what the loudest stakeholder asked for.

GTM & Monetization Transformation

Redesign how your product reaches buyers and generates revenue. Pricing models, subscription transitions, sales motion alignment — the commercial fundamentals that AI disruption is forcing you to rethink.

Fractional VP of Product

Senior product leadership embedded in your team. I operate as your VP of Product — owning the function, not just advising it.

The signs are usually the same.

If two or more feel uncomfortably familiar — that’s who I work with.

Work that speaks for itself.

I’ve spent 18 years in product management, with a background in software engineering before that. The combination matters — I speak the language of both builders and buyers.

Most of my PM career was at Cisco, where I led the monetization transformation of Identity Services Engine and ran the software PM function for the Firewall portfolio. The work was always the same: make complex products commercially successful — redesign the business model, build the org that can execute, find the market opportunity others miss.

I founded MRNA Inc. in 2025 to bring that same operator discipline to B2B security and infrastructure companies navigating what AI is forcing them to change.

Executive MBA, Santa Clara University. Based in Atlanta.
